What do I do when I arrive at the parking?Once you arrive at the parking, please leave your car in one of the arrival rows
Please take your car keys and your luggage
Go to the check-in desk in order to confirm the details given
The shuttle bus is ready to bring you to the airport terminal
Please note: with JetPark will take only 10 minutes from the arrival in the parking to the airport terminal!.

Returning from your trip: what do I do? Please collect your luggage at the baggage belt. Call the phone number, given from JetPark,, for the shuttle bus.
Only few minutes and the shuttle bus will arrive to take you to your car..

Is the reservation compulsory? No it isn’t, but in high season it is recommended
The online reservation on www.jetpark.it allows you to benefit from a more favorable rate.

What are the opening hours of JetPark? We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Waiting times of the shuttle bus: how long do I have to wait? A maximum of 5 minutes. We are very closed to the airport and, due to this almost cancels the waiting time.

Distance from Airport: where are the parkings? Malpensa, we are just 2 km from the entrance of Terminal 2 and 1,5 km from Terminal 1
Linate, we are just 2 km from the entrance of airport Terminal

If my flight will be cancelled or I lose it, what should I do? JetPark team will not leave you, just make a phone call and the shuttle bus will take you back to the parking, you can find assistance for finding a hotel nearby.

Am I entitled to ask for a refund of unused days? Yes, just notify at least 24 hours prior to your early return and, JetPark will issue a voucher of the value of the unused days.

Can I pay with my credit card? Yes. We accept Visa, Master Card and Debit Card.

What do I do if I need to cancel my parking reservation? Simply call our operator center in order to cancel the reservation. No cancellation fees will be charged.

How do I recognize your shuttle bus at the airport? Our shuttles bus are recognizable by their corporate colors: orange and white with a big logo JetPark on all shuttle bus sides.

Is the price for a SUV the same as a small car? Up to 5 meters long, all the cars are charged for the same price.

Why do I have to leave the car keys at the parking? For safety regulations of the Fire Brigade, the operator of the parking area should be able to move the car in case of fire. This is the same legislation which is applied in car dealership.

Are you insured In case of fire or theft? Sure, the car under our custody are covered by insurance against theft and fire.

Why do I have to say how many person are travelling with me? Simply to arrange the airport transfer.

Why should I leave my phone number? It is necessary, we must be able to get in touch with the car owner.
The phone number will never be used for commercial or promotional purposes.

How many baggage can I take in the shuttle? There is no limit. In the case of bulky luggage (surfing, biking ...) we ask you to inform our customer call centre.

Are there discounts on the standard rates? Yes, if you book on our website www.jetpark.it or if you are a repeater client. Ask about it at our help desk.

Yes, it is possible to invoice the amount of the parking stay? Yes of course, we will issue the invoice and it will be our aim to leave it in your car, so that returning from your trip you won’t need to pass to pick it up from our desk.

Is it possible to have an agreement with the company where I work? Sure, just get in touch with our sales department: commerciale@jetpark.it in order to receive a customized proposal.

Can I ask to one of my relatives or friend to collect my car from JetPark? Yes, but only with a written authorization of the owner of the car, including a photocopy of the I.D. of the person who collect it.

Can you arrange a transfer if I fly from Malpensa and I land Linate? Yes. We can provide to our customers a rental service with driver at affordable rates.

Are the rates the same in high season? In July, August and December rates are increased by only 10%.

Do I have any guarantee that my car will be parked indoor? The client will be taken to collect its car directly into the area covered or garage.

What about if after my trip my car refused to start or it has a flat tire? No problem. Already included in the prices of the parking we provide for assistance to for drop in battery or tire deflation.

What about if I am not able to reach JetPark? No problem, just get in touch with our customer call center 0331/730902 open 24 hours and our operator will give all the information needed.

What should I do if I decide to return early from my trip ? Please informed us at least one day before in order to have your car ready.

Which services do you offer more than the other car parkings? We offer a range of free and personalized services such as: the cars are returned to customers heated in winter and cooled in summer. Every morning we offer to our clients a cup of coffee and pastries.
