in the booking request you will have to provide the following information: your name and surname, your contact details (e-mail address and telephone number), information about the car – the subject of the service – and details about your trip (the date of departure and arrival and the airport of departure and destination).
For online booking, additional billing information will be required. In the case of an individual, the name, surname, address and fiscal code will be required. In case of a company will be required the company name, the VAT number or the fiscal code and the address.
For the registration to the reserved area, in the case of an individual, the e-mail address, name and surname, telephone number, address, fiscal code or VAT number and information on the cars covered by the service will be requested. In case of company or agency will be required company data such as the company name, the website, its contact details, fiscal code or VAT number; in addition, the name, surname and contact details of a contact person will also be required.
